Request a Loop

Since we’ve launched, there have been numerous email requests asking for us to create a custom loop for a particular song. While we try to release our own loops as often as possible, we’re obviously under pressure with deadlines, other requests, and life in general.

If you’re new here, feel free to read our FAQ and About pages, as they have a lot of information on what this stuff is all about. Basically, this page lets you request a custom-made loop (or backing track/accompaniment track, as they’re sometimes called) that you can use in your worship services, recordings, whatever. How does it work?

Just let us know what song you want, what artist, and any instrumentation/arrangement details, and send us $25 (or any other amount…) through the PayPal Donate button below! We’ll verify everything via email before we start, and let you know when it’s done.

How much does it cost?

Right now, we’re wanting to do this as a blessing to your ministries, and we simply ask that you prayerfully consider a specific donation amount–that means it’s technically up to you to decide how much! Most of the time we receive $25 for a custom loop, and we spend anywhere from 4 hours to a few days working on your loop to match EXACTLY what you need (drums, bass, synths, clicks, etc.).

The donate link will be filled by default with $25. Change it to whatever’s comfortable for you!

How long does it take?

Well, LoopingWorship is a side project for us, so the turnaround time on custom loops can vary. Depending on our workload, it can take anywhere from two days to two weeks. That said, we’ll work within a timeframe that you need–just let us know!

What kinds of loops can I request?

We can create a custom loop or backing track for any song that’s been recorded. We don’t mind digging around old-school MySpace pages to find the one existing recording of your song, but it’s way easier if you can either send us the original track or let us know a specific artist/album we can go purchase and download.

Will we own the loop?

The custom loop will be yours to do with what you please, but since the original song is (most likely) not yours, you’ll need to check into synchronization licenses and mechanical royalty rates and fees before you actually use them in a recording. After a certain amount of time, LW may also decide to place your custom loop up for sale on our Premium Loops page for others to use.

Do you have a guarantee?

Yes, of course we do! We guarantee that we’ll finish the loop, and we guarantee that it will match your specifications (which you’ll specify during the checkout process). If you don’t give us much to work with, you’ll either need to be happy with what you get or alter the Reason file we give you afterward. Oh yeah–if you’re just really unhappy with the way we did something, or we didn’t follow your instructions, we’ll be happy to send you a refund!
